With less maintenance to take care of and a little bit of support, you can enjoy independence, privacy and more time to spend doing the things you love. Our one- and two-bedroom independent living units are spacious and comfortable, and conveniently located close to the town centre. Residents are supported by a maintenance and garden team, personal alarm system and a regular meeting schedule.
The Gables on Church Avenue
The Gables has a mix of one- and two-bedroom units, all with on-site undercover parking. Residents can enjoy spacious gardens, an outdoor seating area, and access to a common room in the heritage-listed old Police stable complex.
The Villas on Abbott Street
The Villas comprises just six two-bedroom independent living units that each have a private garden area. There is on-site undercover parking, and access to generous outdoor spaces with comfortable seating.
